With seven years of experience behind the camera, my love for photography runs far deeper than simply taking pictures. I see each session as an opportunity to pause time for the families who trust me, creating a space where moments can unfold without pressure or rush. My work is guided by a calm, observant approach that allows genuine expressions and connections to shine through naturally.
I’m especially drawn to the subtle, often-overlooked details that carry the weight of memory. These details hold the feeling of a season, and I believe they are just as important as the bigger picture. By honoring both, I create images that are both timeless and deeply personal.
When I’m not photographing, I’m with my own family, soaking in the same fleeting moments I aim to preserve for others. Thisis what makes my work so meaningful for me, it’s not just about beautiful images, it’s about making sure you can hold onto the parts of your story you never want to forget.

A life in the details
I’ve called Northern Nevada home since 1998, & its mountains & changing seasons are part of who I am. Growing up here taught me to notice the kind of beauty you only find when you slow down, & to care for the land by leaving no trace. I know the quiet desert paths & hidden mountain spots that make for unforgettable photographs.
I was raised in a close-knit family where experiences mattered more than things, with traditions, laughter, & Gilmore Girls reruns filling our days. As one of four siblings, I learned early the value of connection, something I carry into my own life with my high school sweetheart, our three children, and two dogs.
Life has brought me both deep loss and beautiful moments, shaping how I approach photography. My expressive nature puts children at ease, & I’ve yet to meet one who doesn’t eventually smile for me. For me, photography is about honoring both the joy & the depth of life, preserving moments you’ll treasure for years to come.
